DCD> Chile in its 8th edition wanted to give prominence to the latest developments in this sector and show what companies are doing and what technologies they are working with. Thus, sectors such as energy, government or education, will be presenting their proposals in relation to the cloud, data center in container, storage and energy efficiency.
Among the international proposals, those attending DCD> Chile will be able to share the experiences of companies such as Uber and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In addition, Uptime Institute will release the results of 2018 Data Center Survey.
Increase in networking activities
The increase in networking activities will be one of the novelties of this 8th edition.
The organisers have extended the proposal of expert panels and the Hosted Roundtables have been incorporated into the congress, a new format that will allow attendees to debate on a specific and topical issue for 1 hour.
They will have 1-2-1 meetings, where they will make available to the sponsors potential buyers; Speed Networking, a space to gather sponsors and customers and get a large number of contacts and their exclusive VIP service.
