What Is We Detected An Unusual Login Attempt?
“Get Help Logging In” is the only clickable part, and it will take you to the Instagram help page, where you can reset your password. However, in many cases, the process will fail as the notification will persist.
Because of this, you can’t reset your password or send a login link to your email address. This prevents you from verifying your account by phone or email.
When Instagram users follow the steps for resetting their password, they receive the message “no users found” and when they try to enter their username, they are told that it has been sent to an example.com mailbox, which does not belong to them.
Similar behavior has been reported by many Instagram users.

“We have detected an unusual login attempt” solution
Two solutions are available. If option #1 does not work, try option #2.
#1: Try a different device or browser
Access Instagram from a browser rather than the Instagram app, and try to log in from a browser on your phone. In some cases, switching to a different phone and trying again could work instead.
#2: Change location with VPN
Step 1:
Install VPN software on your laptop or computer. You can choose from a variety of VPN solutions, such as ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and others.
You can choose any location. Click “Forgot your password” in the browser version of Instagram, enter your e-mail address, and Instagram will send you a new password via email. The email should look like this:
Step 2:
In the event that you do not receive an email the first time you reset your password, try resetting it another time until you do.
This may need to be repeated 6-10 times before you understand. By the 10th attempt, if you still have not gotten the email, let the account rest for seven to ten hours. Afterward, try using another browser and selecting another location via VPN.
Step 3:
The security policy page will appear when you click the “secure your account here” link in the email. You can then confirm your account information.
