Ravi Zacharias Net Worth

Christians’ faith is stumbling, others are given permission to sin, the name of Christ is marred, and a growing list of “reasons” why one should not be a Christian grows.

The pain is really bad this time. Unlike typical ministers, Ravi Zacharias (RZ) seemed a little different. Ministers who have fallen into public disgrace outwardly appeared to be living two lives.

The best among us seemed to be Ravi. I find him to be articulate, pious, and humble (at least on the surface). He was regarded as a good and righteous man by many of his colleagues.

RZ fooled everyone with his hypocrisy and duplicity. Maybe, except for those he fooled. Rather than in scorn, I write this in bitter anguish. In my experience as a pastor, RZ had a tremendous impact on my thinking.

Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM) was a symbol of the thinking of Christians worldwide. Believers were provoked to think, and unbelievers were provided with arguments for atheistic faith.

As a church member and fellow Christian, I want to help them process this whole thing.

It might also be cathartic for me. Adding to the list of condemnations of RZ is the last thing I wish to do. RZ’s sins are not to be sugarcoated or whitewashed.

What are our thoughts on all that has happened? Are there any lessons to be learned?

8 Lessons From The Ravi Zacharias:

Here are the 8 Lessons from Ravi Zacharias:

1. The Consequences Of Sin Are Terrible:

Despite all the good work RZIM has done, the wrongdoings have seriously undermined what RZIM was supposed to stand for.

Scripture contains literally thousands of passages warning about the danger of sin and everything it leads to. Tragically, RZ lived in opposition to the gospel in his private life.

The countless number of believers that will have their faith shaken by this will be my greatest fear.

2. Repentance Is Necessary For Salvation:

It is impossible for me to tell you whether RZ is truly saved or not. There is no way for me to know whether he is in heaven or hell.

Jesus preached repentance and faith, and that is the Bible truth. His words have been repeated many times in the past: “Repent and believe in the gospel.”

Ravi is certainly with God in Paradise right now if he repented before he died, like the man who was dying beside Jesus on the cross.

3. God Will Vindicate His Name:

RZ used religion to manipulate women. These women were spiritually abused for years.

As a result of the backlash, they were afraid to speak out. As the Lord says: “Vengeance is mine.”. “I will repay you.” There is no mocking God. We indeed reap what we sow.

It was revealed what had been hidden in the shadows. What had been kept silent is now shouted from the rooftops.

It’s a sobering thought. God is not mocked, indeed. The fruits of our actions are certain. Our souls are merciful to God! May we walk with a sincere intention of obeying and serving Him!

4. Pray For The Victims And The Zacharias Family:

RZ cannot be helped or improved at this time. God will judge or bless him at this point.

It is possible to help victims such as Lori Anne Thompson. His wife and children can also be helped. Prayer is the key.

It is impossible for me to imagine the horror, pain, and suffering they go through. It is now denigrated to call Zacharias by that name.

He could easily involve his family in his sins, but that would be the wrong thing to do. Healing your inner self is a necessity. Please pray for comfort from the Lord.

5. Renewed Fear Of The Lord:

Is RZ’s transgression news distressing to you? I am filled with fear as I write this. Anxiety about being separate from God.

Fear of my heart is cold and hard. God commands us to fear him in both the Old and New Testaments.

Ravi Zacharias

Ecclesiastes tells us that the whole duty of man is to fear God and obey His commandments. A man at his best is only a man at his best.

6. Revere God, Not Man:

The reasoning skills of RZ and his defense of the Christian faith, as well as his powerful oratory skills, have always impressed me. Yet, as the saying goes, “There are no better men than the best men.”

7. Christ Is True Even When The Messenger Is Not:

Ravi’s sermon clips sometimes arouse some apprehension for some people. It is not my intention to encourage you to continue to support RZ’s ministry.

The reason Ravi’s ministry blessed so many was that he said a lot of true things.

How would Paul have said? “Some preach Christ out of jealousy and rivalry, but others from goodwill,” wrote Paul in Philippians 1:15. Verse 18 summarizes the issue: “What then?”.

The only thing that I rejoice in is that Christ is always proclaimed, whether through pretense or truth.”

In other words, there are some comforting aspects to this whole RZ saga. Preaching about Jesus was taking place.

RZ’s ministry did lead to people getting saved despite the messenger not living out his message. If Paul could rejoice that Christ is preached, then I believe we should as well.

8. Trust In The Lord With All Our Heart:

The outward needs of life are provided by God for many of us. Most of us, however, turn to the Lord for support in our walk of righteousness.

Food, money, houses, and families are often equated with blessings. However, a deeper and more meaningful blessing exists. The Beatitudes in Matthew 5 teach us about that. These blessings emphasize character and spirituality.

I would like to focus on one of the Beatitudes. The hungry and thirsty for righteousness will be filled.
