Companies can use low-code / no-code platforms to quickly create business applications without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

Demand for business web apps continued to rise in 2022, as did the number of citizen developers. As a result, the demand for low-code/no-code platforms continues to rise.

According to a previous Gartner report, the global market for low-code development technologies is expected to exceed $13 billion in 2021, a 22.6 percent increase over 2020.

What Is A Low-Code Platform?

A low-code development platform is a development environment that uses graphical user interfaces to create application software rather than traditional hand-coded computer programming.

In a nutshell, low-code platforms allow businesses to quickly create business applications without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

As a result, even non-developers can use these platforms to quickly and efficiently build applications with customized functionality and workflows.

Furthermore, low-code platforms provide integration API and additional coding capabilities for adapting created business applications to specific situations and integrating them with companies’ websites or third-party systems.

5 Reasons Why We Recommend TeamDesk?

TeamDesk is web-based database software that allows teams to easily design web-based database applications or use predefined solutions to gather, share, and manage business information.

1. Fully Scalable & Customizable

You need software that works with your business workflow, not the other way around.

The TeamDesk platform is completely customizable and allows businesses to create online databases that match their business models and requirements instead of adjusting their business processes to match a non-adjustable workflow of some ready-made products.

Each TeamDesk-based database is customized to your specific business process and includes only the features and options that are necessary.

To meet the specific needs of your business, each system object can be modified or built from the ground up.

Furthermore, its databases evolve alongside your business, ensuring that they always accurately reflect your current business model.

2. Role-Based User Access

TeamDesk allows you to share your database with others while giving each user (or user group) different access levels to different parts of the data.

Custom “roles” can be created to store a unique set of permissions.

You can precisely restrict users’ access to any part of the data and manage their permissions to perform any type of action by assigning appropriate roles to them.

3. Unlimited Storage & Unlimited Records

For more than a decade, TeamDesk has provided unlimited storage and unlimited database complexity at no additional cost, all while maintaining stable rates and a simple pricing model.

Rates for TeamDesk remain constant regardless of how many records TeamDesk customers store or how much space their attachments take up.

TeamDesk’s back-end database, which is powered by Microsoft SQL Server, is capable of handling massive data volumes.

Databases with tens of millions of records are common among TeamDesk customers.

4. High Availability

TeamDesk web-database enables you to manage business-critical information in the manner of your choice and to modify online applications via the Internet whenever necessary.

It is always possible for your team to work together online. TeamDesk has been in operation for more than a decade and has a 99.8 percent availability rating.

5. Integration Options

Because TeamDesk has an API interface, it can be integrated with any system that has one.

It also has an email interface that allows it to retrieve and parse email notifications generated by other systems, providing an additional method of integration if the API is insufficient.

The Call-URL workflow action can also be used to integrate SMS sending functionality.

Why Do Professionals Prefer TeamDesk?

Business requirements, processes, and workflows evolve at a rapid pace.

Traditional programs must be constantly reprogrammed to reflect ever-changing work processes, which is an extremely costly, time-consuming, inefficient, and potentially buggy process.

Even a highly skilled development team would struggle to keep up with the pace.

Many highly skilled and experienced software developers also prefer TeamDesk.

While advanced software developers or business managers could use their skills or hire a development team to program their custom solution, TeamDesk is a more effective tool.

Because TeamDesk development is so quick and powerful, skilled IT professionals prefer to use this low-code platform to create flexible custom solutions in hours.

However, with TeamDesk, even citizen developers with no IT skills can easily readjust their systems to meet their ever-changing business requirements.

Professional programmers can customize extremely complex systems in hours, if not minutes, to greatly increase their productivity.

TeamDesk offers integration API, Call-URL actions, advanced formula language, and integration with other platforms via the Zapier integration tool to professional software developers who need to implement advanced functionalities (such as integrating with other systems or programming very specific customizations).

Why Should You Try TeamDesk?

TeamDesk provides the flexibility you require without adding unnecessary complexity. Start with one of the predefined database templates or create your own.

Then, remove everything you don’t need and replace it with the missing functionality. As your company grows, so should your database.

1. Automate almost everything:

TeamDesk can assist you in automating a large portion of your Business Intelligence processes, allowing you to not only store the information that you manage internally and for your clients but also to integrate it with other cloud systems, giving that information much more value.

2. A platform for business management that is both stable and efficient

The platform’s stability is excellent, and it will enable you to create cloud platforms for ticket management, geolocation, cost control, cloud reporting, information management, and mobile applications, to name a few.

3. Top-class customer service

Foresoft’s support service is very delicate; its response times are in line with any global operation, and they are always attentive to any concerns about improving internal business.

The team is extremely responsive, steadfast in its commitment to providing a robust and secure product, and extremely effective in problem-solving, with plenty of guiding advice to make development and innovation work smoothly.

4. Easy to use and intuitive:

If you’re only familiar with the user interface of a database, Teamdesk empowers you to create your own vision.

The development console makes it simple to learn how to use Teamdesk. It is scalable, secure, and simple to deploy across multiple user platforms.

Complete business management and control can be accomplished in a sophisticated manner.

Communication between different teams on a single platform is very simple, as is tracking their activities. Daily activities can be clearly separated and kept separate.

5. Stable performance and device friendly

TeamDesk is hosted in the cloud on secure servers, so you won’t have to deal with any technical issues.

TeamDesk is rock-solid and dependable, with a 99.96% uptime record over the last 6 years.

The system is accessible via a web browser on a PC, Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android, and Windows Phone.

6. Several Integration Options

TeamDesk recently implemented (still in beta) Zapier integration, which has elevated their product to a new level.

Their supported integrations will have your database communicating with a wide range of websites, apps, and services, significantly increasing your productivity.
