5 Reasons Why We Recommend TeamDesk?
TeamDesk is web-based database software that allows teams to easily design web-based database applications or use predefined solutions to gather, share, and manage business information.
1. Fully Scalable & Customizable
You need software that works with your business workflow, not the other way around.
The TeamDesk platform is completely customizable and allows businesses to create online databases that match their business models and requirements instead of adjusting their business processes to match a non-adjustable workflow of some ready-made products.
Each TeamDesk-based database is customized to your specific business process and includes only the features and options that are necessary.
To meet the specific needs of your business, each system object can be modified or built from the ground up.
Furthermore, its databases evolve alongside your business, ensuring that they always accurately reflect your current business model.
2. Role-Based User Access
TeamDesk allows you to share your database with others while giving each user (or user group) different access levels to different parts of the data.
Custom “roles” can be created to store a unique set of permissions.
You can precisely restrict users’ access to any part of the data and manage their permissions to perform any type of action by assigning appropriate roles to them.
3. Unlimited Storage & Unlimited Records
For more than a decade, TeamDesk has provided unlimited storage and unlimited database complexity at no additional cost, all while maintaining stable rates and a simple pricing model.
Rates for TeamDesk remain constant regardless of how many records TeamDesk customers store or how much space their attachments take up.
TeamDesk’s back-end database, which is powered by Microsoft SQL Server, is capable of handling massive data volumes.
Databases with tens of millions of records are common among TeamDesk customers.
4. High Availability
TeamDesk web-database enables you to manage business-critical information in the manner of your choice and to modify online applications via the Internet whenever necessary.
It is always possible for your team to work together online. TeamDesk has been in operation for more than a decade and has a 99.8 percent availability rating.
5. Integration Options
Because TeamDesk has an API interface, it can be integrated with any system that has one.
It also has an email interface that allows it to retrieve and parse email notifications generated by other systems, providing an additional method of integration if the API is insufficient.
The Call-URL workflow action can also be used to integrate SMS sending functionality.
Why Should You Try TeamDesk?
