The 520-seater auditorium is a unit of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. The purpose of this centre is to become a catalyst for the inexorable movement of mankind towards a global civilization.

Built on a 1.5 -Acre campus, the lush green lawns with majestic Margosa and Eucalyptus trees and a well maintained garden exude serenity of constant bliss and happiness. The centre has two main buildings, the Auditorium Building and the School Building. The grandeur lies in the three beautiful domes on the buildings that give a spiritual look to the whole environment.

Facing south on the western side is the Auditorium Building, which has the State President’s Office, the Auditorium, the Hall of Prayer and contemplation, the Hall of Silence, and the Welcome Centre. There is also a beautiful room on the ground floor where people pay their obeisance to Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

Facing south on the eastern side is the School Building, which has the Free Primary School, the school administrative offices, the library, the book store and the free medical clinic.
