TMDHosting offers three plans for shared hosting. Weebly Sitebuilder is included with all plans, along with a free domain, SSL, unlimited storage, bandwidth, email accounts, and caching.
There are also certain features that are unique to each plan:
1. Starter ($2.95/month) –
Basic caching and a single website are included. You can use it for a small project or personal blog.
2. Business ($4.95/month) –
Includes 128MB of Memcache and hosts unlimited websites. It’s the plan for small-to-medium businesses or popular blogs.
3. Enterprise ($7.95/month) –
A 256MB Memcached instance, Wildcard SSL, and Opcache are included with unlimited websites. A medium-sized business website should consider this plan.
Prior to getting into the pricing details, please be aware that TMDHosting offers both Linux and Windows hosting. The price ranges from $3.99/mo to $11.99/mo for the latter. Linux hosts are the most common, but you know…you should always have options.
The best value differs depending on your needs; therefore, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan.
The Startup Plan is perfect if one website is enough for you. Free domain and SSL are included, as well as unlimited storage and bandwidth. There are plenty of features to get a site up and running.
You might consider the Business plan if a single site is too limiting for you. There’s almost nothing different between this and Startup, except that you can host any number of websites.

Therefore, if I were to place TMDHosting anywhere, I would place it near the middle of the hosting food chain. As far as value for money goes, it’s not the absolute best, but it’s not the worst either.
