In my latest podcast, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Rohit Ajmani, the co-founder of Idea Clan and a true titan in the affiliate marketing industry. We explored how he is currently scaling Meta and Google ads to massive monthly profits by integrating advanced AI workflows.
Rohit shares that the “buzz” around standard custom GPTs is already becoming “last year’s” news. His team has evolved toward using APIs and AI agents to pump out thousands of creatives in minutes, drastically increasing productivity. They have even automated internal HR and legal processes, training AI on 70-page manuals and complex contracts to flag “red lines” instantly.
A major takeaway for 2026 is the shift toward bulk ad launching. Rohit explains that platforms now prioritize quantity to better match ads with specific demographics. By using AI avatars, they have reduced their UGC actor spend by nearly 80%, allowing them to test hundreds of variations daily.
To manage this scale, Rohit developed Fab Funnels, a SaaS tool that provides a central dashboard for thousands of ad accounts. This “operating system for marketers” uses AI-based recommendations to study the patterns of top media buyers and suggest real-time optimisations.
Despite the heavy tech focus, Rohit remains committed to leadership development for his 250+ employees. By focusing on risk mitigation and building stable assets, he has set a “Unicorn” goal of reaching a billion-dollar valuation.
