Looking ahead to 2026, Wills predicts that while STEM and coding are largely being “solved” by AI, fields like design and video will remain human-centric. Beyond the tech, Wills emphasizes a grounded business philosophy: “Under-promise and over-deliver” while maintaining radical transparency.
