As far as I can tell, there are no other options for contacting customer service, which seems confusing. E-mail or a ticket-based system would be the most reliable.
Interface and Use
ProxyRack lets you buy any proxy package you choose directly from your account dashboard, unlike other proxy services. This way, you do not need to deal with a sales representative, although your support team is just a message away.
You’ll receive an email once you’ve purchased a package with instructions on using the proxies you’ve just purchased. Details about using the proxies are available from the dashboard, and it depends on what plan you have.

How To Login And Set Up Private Residential Proxies
Step 1 – Check your current IP Address
Go to IPInfo at https://ipinfo.io using your preferred browser
(As a reference point, note down your current IP address.)
Step 2 – Login to your member dashboard and navigate to your active product

Step 3: Set up your proxy

Firefox users:
Following are the steps for configuring Mozilla Firefox with proxy information:
- Firefox is a web browser.
- Select Options from the menu.
- Go to Network Settings by scrolling down.
- Select Manual Proxy in the drop-down menu.
- Copy the IP address and port number for your proxy server (copied from your sticky private IP addresses).
- Check the “Use this proxy server for FTP and HTTPS” box.
- Then repeat for SOCKS
For Google Chrome:
Chrome does not have built-in proxy support, so you must use a Chrome extension to configure Chrome with your proxy information.
The Proxy SwitchyOmega application should be able to assist (although we recommend using a different browser since there is a risk in using a third-party app).
Step 4 – Verify your proxy settings
Click on a new tab and visit https://ipinfo.io again to see if your proxies work.
A new IP address will replace your old address if the network is connected.

Proxyrack doesn’t sell only residential or data center proxy servers like some companies.
There are two types of data center proxies: USA proxies and mixed datacenter proxies. The two plans each give you access to a certain number of IP addresses.
However, their locations differ. In the USA data center proxy package, only US IP addresses are available, but in the mixed proxy package, proxies from around the world are available.
I will go over their packages since I am reviewing residential proxies.
For rotating residential proxies, Proxyrack offers three packages: Standard, Elite, and Guru. All packages provide unlimited bandwidth and monthly access to over 1,250,000 unique private IP addresses.
The only difference between them is the maximum number of simultaneous connections. Although Proxyrack does not offer a trial period, you have 14 days to test their proxies to see if they work.
Proxyrack offers residential VPN services in addition to proxies. Their service is accompanied by a native application that offers a wide range of features.
If you want to use a credit/debit card, you can do so through PayPal. If you are interested in cryptocurrencies, several options are available.
Their website lists Bitcoin, Ether, LiteCoin, Zcash, Monero, Zencash, Dash, and Cloakcoin as payment options. The dashboard, however, only offers Bitcoin as a method of payment.
Proxy Server Locations
A company like Proxyrack can’t claim to have IP addresses worldwide regarding locations. It says it has proxies in over 40 countries but does not provide a list of countries.
Another thing that doesn’t look good for them is that they can’t target specific countries.

Multiple Authentication Methods
Proxyrack is excellent for IP whitelisting and username/password authentication services. IP addresses can be whitelisted up to four times, and a username and password can also be used to authenticate.
How To Use Proxyrack?
It might seem complicated to navigate Proxyrack’s dashboard, but it is actually quite simple. In contrast to most of their competitors, you can navigate through the options via the main navigation panel on the top.
Real-Time Control Panel
You can view the list of the residential proxies you purchased by navigating to the Rotating Megaproxy menu. Two types of proxies are available there: random and sticky.
Random IP On Every Request
Using rotating proxies, the random IP address on each request is different every time it is sent. This IP range is recommended for scraping by Proxyrack since each new request is sent from a different IP, meaning the chances of being blocked are almost nonexistent.
Using a rotating proxy, you can use their DNS or a direct IP and port. Proxyrack recommends using the DNS when a server is down or there is a high demand for resources to transfer you to another server.
Sticky IP Addresses
In contrast to random IP addresses, sticky IP addresses allow sessions to last for a longer period. It is claimed on the dashboard that Proxyrack’s static proxies can keep a session active for up to thirty minutes.
There is also a setting below that says that it will remain active for 60 minutes. It is still quite long in comparison to most of its competitors.
As with other rotating proxy providers, Proxyrack recommends using the DNS to automatically switch your IP address in case of a failure or high request volume.
Regardless of whether you are using a static or rotating proxy, once you set up the parameters, Proxyrack’s servers handle the rotation. There is a GitHub repository on GitHub that users can consult to implement proxies.

However, you can still configure your browser to use these proxies even though they are not intended to be used for browsing.
Proxyrack allows you to choose the purpose of using the proxy servers. A popup will appear when you select Rotating Megaproxy from the menu. When you select how the proxies will be used, they optimize the proxies to improve the results you get.
How To Authenticate?
There are two ways of authenticating with Proxyrack: IP whitelists and usernames and passwords.
IP Whitelist
When you access the proxy servers from a one-IP address computer, whitelisting IPs is a great feature. This method saves you from entering the username and password.
Add your IP address to one of the fields in the “Proxy Settings” section and click “Save.” The settings will take 15 to 20 minutes to take effect.
Proxyrack currently allows users to whitelist up to four IP addresses. This might be an inconvenience for some users. Users can fix this by authenticating with credentials.
Username And Password
Almost no settings can be changed here. You can see the password automatically generated by the “Rotating Megaproxy” menu.

Conclusion: Proxyrack Review 2024
After thoroughly evaluating Proxyrack’s services, I have mixed opinions about Proxyrack. Compared to other competitors, I discovered that their IP pool and locations are smaller. Furthermore, the speeds and latency of their proxies are not particularly impressive, which could be cause for concern.
During the ISP test, two IP addresses were not determined to be “good.” It’s worth mentioning, however, that even these two proxies passed the use test and gained access to all banned websites.
