Email, omnichannel, and affiliate marketing specialists from around the world gathered in New York City on May 23 for the MailCon Mixer event powered by Phonexa, an all-in-one marketing automation platform for phone calls and clicks, as well as email, SMS, and accounting.
Nearly 500 marketing execs gathered for the second annual networking soiree in Times Square’s ultra-posh 48 Lounge to form business ties and discuss common interests in marketing trends, technology, and more.
More dynamic entertainment and networking rooms were included in this year’s event, which was larger than past MailCon gatherings.
The entertainment lounge had a bar with handcrafted cocktails, a DJ booth, and plenty of room for mingling and dancing, all in a vibrant atmosphere.
The back of the lounge had a more relaxed networking space where guests could reconnect with colleagues and meet new ones while playing billiards, sipping gourmet drinks and coffee, and posing for pictures in a photo booth themed to New York City.
Every year, “every event we host is bigger and better,” CEO of MailCon Kristen Haines said. “That’s very inspiring,” she said. Hundreds of creative minds and innovative enterprises support us in our efforts to unite people through MailCon, and that is an honor.
MailCon’s robust and instructional conference, planned to take place in 2023, “was a perfect appetizer before the MailCon Mixer,” stated Lilit Davtyan, CEO of Phonexa. The Mixer was made possible by bringing together new and long-time supporters of MailCon under one roof.”
Invaluable relationships and sponsorships with companies like Atwave, Emercury, EPCVIP, Skenzo, and Digital Bulldogs helped make the MailCon Mixer a reality. Among them:
It was Phonexa’s sixth and ninth MailCon events since acquiring MailCon in 2018, respectively. This year’s MailCon event in Las Vegas includes a three-day conference for the first time.
This year’s MailCon Mixer wouldn’t have been possible without the continuing support of everyone in our business, says Phonexa’s Vice President of Partnerships Sara Malo. This is a nice feeling to know that all these organizations agree in the objective of achieving a helpful community of email and omnichannel marketers,” said one participant.
Details regarding the next MailCon conference – set to take place in 2023 – will be announced this summer.
